Welcome to our new website.

We are planning to have "on-line credit card set" in the future, that you may be able to pay your orders by credit cards directly online. However, right now we have three options for you to do orders.

Option 1. - By Internet (on-line orders)
To place an order on-line please go to the NPA Web-catalog or simply press "Our products" from menu bar.

Option 2. - By phone
In order to place an order by phone, first what you need to do - list on a piece of paper the codes of items you would like to order. Product-codes, you can find visiting our NPA Web-catalog at the bottom of each item displayed.
Then please call as from 9:00-5:00 (Pacific time) at: 1-209-245-3131

Option 3. - By poste mail
In order to place an order by mail please send us a list of product-codes and their quantity at:

Important orders delivery information!
We ship Library (Media) Mail for domestic shipments (5-10 days) and Priority Mail for international shipments. We ship Express Mail (FedEx or UPS) only on your request made by phone.
For shipping inside California we add 7.25% sales tax.
